1. General Cancellation Policy
Web Art Studios has a strict policy regarding project cancellations to protect the interests of both
our clients and our development team.
2. Advanced Payment Terms
For all projects, an advanced payment is required to initiate work. In the event of cancellation, the
advanced amount is non-refundable due to the following reasons:
• Compensation for initial research and planning
• Resource allocation and team preparation
• Potential opportunity costs
• Developmental expenses incurred
The advanced payment represents the direct and indirect costs associated with project
initiation and is non-negotiable.
3. AI Services Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Window
For AI Services, clients have a limited cancellation window:
• Cancellation is allowed within 7 business days from the project start date
• Refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the month
• Refund calculation: (Total Monthly Cost ÷ Total Business Days) × Remaining Business Days
3.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel AI Services within the 7-business-day window:
• Submit a written cancellation request via email to support@webartstudios.in
• Provide project details and reason for cancellation
• Cancellation will be processed within 5-7 business days
4. Refund Policy
4.1 No Refund After Completion
Web Art Studios has a strict no-refund policy for services after work has been completed. This
includes, but is not limited to:
• Web Development Projects
• App Development
• Design Services
• Marketing Services
4.2 AI Services Refund Restrictions
For AI Services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances after the 7-business-day
cancellation window, including:
• Performance dissatisfaction
• Change of business requirements
• Partial service utilization
5. Exception Handling
Exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, we reserve the right
to make final decisions regarding refunds and cancellations.
6. Modifications to Policy
Web Art Studios reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
