A two-week course to strengthen your basics in working with fondant as a medium!
 
What will you learn?  
  • 3 types of cakes  – Single tiered cake, tall cake and two tiered cake
  • How to frost with ganache for sharp edges
  • How to cover with fondant using draping and panel wrapping methods flawlessly
  • assorted types of toppers will be taught – cute animal toppers, simple figurines, 2d toppers, standing number toppers
  • Two methods of fondant draping
  • How to store a fondant cake
  • How to transport fondant cakes
  • How to put fondant toppers or accents on whipped cream
  • How to handle fondant in high humidity conditions
Inclusions:
  • -Two group calls (once a week for four weeks)
  • – Assignment will be given to each student
  • – Student kit: Ultimakes tools, metal scraper, cake cards, plastic dowels

(Courier charges will be applicable for sending kits to overseas students.)
