              Sandwiches are am easy quick way to satiate your hunger whether it’s for breakfast or evening snack. So try out this recipe and let me know how you like it  
1. Oil 2 tsp 
2. Onions 1 small finely chopped
3. Green chillies 2 finely chopped.
4. Garlic 3 cloves finely chopped.
5. Red chilly powder half tsp 
6. Turmeric half tsp 
7. Cumin seed powder half tsp 
8. Amchoor powder half tsp.
9. Boiled mashed potatoes 4
10. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp 
11. Bread slices 6 
12. Butter to toast
13. Salt 
14. Green chutney half cup 
15. Date tamarind chutney half cup.
16. Ketchup few tbsp 
17. Sev 1 cup 
18. Chopped onions 1 finely
19. Chopped tomatoes 1 finely
20. Chaat masala to sprinkle. 
1. In a pan add oil add chilies garlic saute well add onions fry till pink. Add red chilly cumin amchoor and turmeric powder fry well.
2. Add potatoes salt coriander leaves and cook for 3 mins.
3. Take a bread slice apply green chutney add potatoe mixture. Toast on a pan adding butter… keeping potato side facing up. 
4. Once roasted on medium flame for 2 mins remove from pan.. add ketchup onions tomatoes date tamarind chutney chaat masala and sev. Serve hot.
