                        Spicy mix veg gravy with freshly ground spices adds the best flavours in this dish. You can add or omit number of red chillies you like depending upon how spicy you need your food.
1. Onion sliced 1
2. Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
3. Green chillies 3
4. Coriander seeds half tbsp
5. Sesame seeds 1 and half tsp
6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
7. Poppy seeds half tbsp
8. Bay leaf 2
9. Cloves 3
10. Cinnamon 1 stick
11. Green cardamom 2
12. Black cardamom 2
13. Kashmiri chillies 10 to 12.
14. Cashews 10
15. Garlic 8 to 9
1. Oil 4tbsp
2. Kashmiri chilli 2
3. Bay leaf 2
4. Tomato puree of 2
5. Onion half cup
6. Salt
7. Kasuri methi 2 tbsp
8. Vegetables cauliflower capsicum potatoes French beans carrots paneer all half cup each
9. Oil to fry
10. 2tbsp oil
11. Chilly powder 2 tsp
1. In a kadhai take little oil saute  ingredients under masala paste till aromatic and blend this with 1 cup water.
2. In a kadhai deep fry all vegetables for sometime and keep aside.
3. In a kadhai add oil saute onions till light brown then add the masala paste . Let it cook for 5 mins then add tomato purer and let it cook well.
4. Add all fried vegetables with salt.
5. Cook adding little water to make up to the desired consistency.
6. Once done. Take little oil in small pan heat the oil and add red chilly powder and add this chilly oil on top of the dish.
